Instructions for Speakers

Speakers will be allocated 20 minutes for their presentation plus 5 minutes for questions.

Please be in the session room at least 15 minutes before the session starts so that you can meet the session chair to provide him/her with some brief biographical information and get organized for projecting your slides.

Speakers can either use their own laptop (preferably) or upload their presentation in PDF format on a USB stick and use the computer in the session room. Please note that this computer will not be connected to internet and that no videos can be played on it.
